• Initials and Names will be personalised in upper case letters unless you email after your order is placed and advise that you would like lower case letters. If the case has already been personalised then we can't change this. 
• Colours may vary from colours shown on your monitor. 

Delivery

• All items are dispatched within 7 days
• Standard delivery is 2-4 days from dispatch via DPD
• All items require a signature upon delivery

Returns

• As our items are personalised we cannot accept returns 
• Any faulty item can be returned for an exchange or credit note, at our discretion
