All of our monogramming is done in house, by hand. Every item is unique and there can be slight variations in the finish. 

• We offer both capitalised and lower case letters so please choose carefully how you wish your monogram to appear when entering it into the monogram box
• We monogram in 3 colours, gold, silver and rose gold and we also offer blind embossing. 
• Blind embossing means no foil is applied to the monogram. 

Delivery

• All items are dispatched within 7 days
• Standard delivery is 2-4 days from dispatch via Royal Mail
• All items require a signature upon delivery

Returns

• As our items are personalised we cannot accept returns 
• Any faulty item can be returned for an exchange or credit note, at our discretion
