All of our monogramming is done in house, by hand. Every item is unique and there can be slight variations in the finish. 

• The shadow text option can only be personalised in capital letters. Any order placed with characters in lowercase we will automatically change to uppercase letters. 
• We will scale your name or initials to fit the item. 

Delivery

• All items are dispatched within 7 days
• Standard delivery is 2-4 days from dispatch via Royal Mail
• All items require a signature upon delivery

Returns

• As our items are personalised we cannot accept returns 
• Any faulty item can be returned for an exchange or credit note, at our discretion
