Orders

Can I purchase a gift voucher?

If your shopping for someone but are unsure what to give them then the HA Designs gift card is the perfect choice. 

Available in amounts of £25, £50 and £100, our gift cards are delivered by email and can also be printed.

Do you offer discounts?

We don't offer any regular discounts unfortunately however if you sign up to our newsletter you will be informed if we ever have any offers running. We only discount on large orders and corporate orders. If your order is a corporate order please contact us at info@hadesignsltd.com

The item I want is on pre-order. What does this mean?

Items which are on pre-order will be shipped from the date that is specified on the product page. If your order contains a pre-order item and an item which is in stock, both will not be shipped until they are both ready.

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Klarna and PayPal

Once you have gone through to the checkout and have placed your order you will then accept all of the terms of shopping with us at HA Designs. 

I need my order urgently. What should I do?

We strive to turn our personalised products around as quickly as possible therefore if you do have an order that you require faster than within our 5 - 7 working day dispatch period you can use our 'Next Working Day' delivery option.

How Much Is Postage

UK Standard Delivery sent via Royal Mail or DPD - £4.00

UK Next Day Delivery send via DPD - £10.00

International Delivery - Costs varies depending on location

Do you offer Next Day Delivery:?

We have a next day delivery option available at the checkout which is available on all of our items except our printed phone cases, suitcases & Alor products.

If your order is placed before 11am, Monday - Thursday you'll recieve your order next day. If you order is placed after 11am it will then be sent next day, the following day.

If your order contains an item unavailable for next day delivery and the next day delivery option is selected then the whole order will not be sent until the printed item is ready. 

How long will my item take to be delivered?

All

Standard shipping is via Royal Mail Signed and should take 2-4 days to reach you from dispatch.

How will I know when my order has been sent?

Once your item has been designed, you will receive an email to inform you that your order has been dispatched. Our items take up to 5-7 days to be dispatched.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide! International orders are shipped via DHL. Postage costs vary on destination country.

Please note you may need to pay duty and taxes when items arrive depending on your country/cost of your order. All items are shipped from the UK.

Returns

My item is faulty. What should I do?

If the item you have purchased is faulty, please email us at info@hadesignsltd.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the fault. We will gladly issue you with an exchange or credit note, at our discretion.

Something is wrong with my order. What should I do?

We are very sorry if something isn't right with your order. We try to dispatch all orders correctly however if you should find fault with your order please contact us at info@hadesignsltd.com

Can I return my item?

Regretfully as all of our products are designed and bespoke just for you, we cannot accept any returns.

Please inspect all of your order on receipt and contact us if any of your items are incorrect, so that we can evaluate and resolve.

Monogram FAQs

What is a monogram?

We believe everything looks better with a personal touch which is why we offer complimentary personalisation on all of our products.

A monogram is the application of your initials onto a product.

How can my item be personalised?

All of our personalisation is carried out in house, with care.

Embroidery

Our pyjamas are personalised using our in house embroidery machines.

We offer two types of fonts; Traditional or Scripted.

We can embroider a maximum of 10 letters and the more letters required, the smaller the embroidery will be.

If a single letter is chosen this will be as a large letter.

Initials will be embroidered in upper case and names will be embroidered with a capital letter followed by lower case (eg. Mrs Morgan)

The monogram will be in the position shown.

Emboss

All of our leather items are embossed by hand with a hot foil machine.

We offer three foil colours: Gold, Silver or Rose Gold.

Blind Emboss

We can blind emboss our items which means no foil is applied to the monogram. The leather will be indented with the monogram but not coloured.

How many letters can I have monogrammed on my item?

The amount of letters can vary per item. Please view the 'Personalisation' tab on the product page for more detailed information.

Can I choose not to have personalisation on my item?

Yes! If you'd like your item non personalised please include a '#' in the personalisation field.

What does blind emboss mean?

We can blind emboss our items which means no foil is applied to the monogram. The leather will be indented with the monogram but not coloured.
